Drawing on 30 years of experience, Gary believes the actual practice of law goes well beyond the knowledge of the law and court procedures. A successful trial attorney needs to see the big picture – including the matter at hand, the impacted businesses, the industry and competitive landscape, and myriad intervening factors – yet, simultaneously, be keenly focused on a few key facts that are often mired in mass amounts of information.

Limin’s practice focuses on patent and other intellectual property and technology dispute resolution. She has over 15 years of hands-on experience in all stages of litigation, up to and including trial, involving a broad range of technologies. She has litigated in numerous forums, including federal courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. She also has experience with patent litigation in China. 

Drawing on more than a decade of combined legal and industry experience, as well as her background in process engineering and high-throughput DNA sequencing, Danielle is a problem-solver. While she focuses on litigation, Danielle understands that the best solution is not always filing a court action. With creativity and flexibility that is often facilitated by an ability to “speak the same language,” many cases can be favorably resolved without the challenges and distractions inherent in the litigation lifecycle.
